ODITEC-L Tab.& Syrup belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. It is used to treat various allergic conditions such as hay fever, conjunctivitis and some skin reactions such as eczema, hives, and reactions to bites and stings. It relieves watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and itching.
Give ODITEC-L Tab.& Syrup by mouth with or without food in the dose and way prescribed by the doctor. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. The allergic symptoms may subside after you have taken the initial few doses of Syrup or tablet. In case of serious allergic conditions, you may have to continue taking the medicine for a week or two.
After taking this medicine, you may experience minor and temporary side effects like nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, sleepiness, and headache. These symptoms generally disappear within a few days. But, in case they persist or start bothering you, it would be best to consult your doctor without any delay.
